CT scan schedule for Mon 9/29

Hi Everyone,

Here is an update from my ENT appt last week. I will be getting a ct scan done next Monday and then when the office receive the report, they will fax the audiogram and the ct scan report to them. All I need to do is to finish my part to fill out the forms and then hopefully we will find out if I am a candidate for the implant.
